		<description>Rednapp's a relegation battler, but agreed on Sam, he's done well with little and wouldn't be a bad choice. Definitely a better choice than McClaren.

Sadly it all appears to be moot as I read today that they're offering the job to Scolari. What a monumental embaressment. Wonder how many Brazlians have English grandmothers?</description>

		<description>I agree with you except Bryan Robson - the coach must at least have some success (as a coach) under his belt. What has Bryan got - getting WBA promoted to the permiership is all I can remember.

My choice would be Sam Allardyce or maybe even Harry Rednapp - both I believe get more out of their teams than you would expect.</description>
